Hi Ghulam Mustafa. Turn leaves and see any insects attack. It looks like Chilli Thrips , Magnesium Deficiency and Powdery Mildew of Pepper . Click on green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Any other problems, send some more clear and closer pictures with your proper query again please.

Hi Ghulam Mustafa, yeah it seems the sever attack of Chilli Thrips Now go for the application of imidachloprid to stop its further infestation.
