Hi Vinay. As per your sent image - your chilli plant might broken by some mechanical damage. Also its showing multiple damage symptoms like Chilli Thrips , Magnesium Deficiency and Leaf Miner Flies . Click on green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library.
