Dear Aneesh It is due to Aphids Spray Dimethoate 1.7 ml OR Acephate 1 gm OR Imidachloprid 0.5 ml in one litre of water. About 250 to 300 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Please take care to use proper concentration of pesticides and also mix pesticides with water outside the sprayer equipment for better results. Good luck
