Capsicum & Chilli
It is a black chilly plant that only flowers and dont fruit and has deformed leaves and spots in leaves.

These flies have completely destroyed already two plants of mine and am trying to save the third please give possible solution.

+ 1I have a terrace garden, I planted some chilli saplings in pots, soil is also fertilised with cow dung, organic compost and bone meal. Few of them curled and few grew well but they are also started curling. I tried insecticide also, but no result.
