Hi Pragna, go for the application of neem oil mixed with water at your plants.

It's a larva. Use neem oil solution as biological control. For chemical control use Imidacloprid.

I'm using neem oil to spray all the plants in my garden. But the infestation of this insect is not reduced. I think the insect is similar to the one that is mentioned in this link. https://scielo.conicyt.cl/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&pid=S0717-65382003000100006
