Dear Navin K Sure, you can apply MgSO4 and Pegasus together. Pegasus is known to control sucking pests like aphids thrips jassids etc

Both mgso4 and zn deficiency is there take zn spray along with it

This might be chilly mosaic virus and spread by thrips, remove affected plants, control thrips by applying biopesticides
