Rebin Muhemmed Its more close to Phytophthora Blight according to your description, flood and spray Azoxystrobin+Difenoconazol. Also flood: Metalaxyl+Azoxystrobin for soil fungus. Fosetyl-Aluminium or Benomyl for Verticillium. Oxamyl+Phosphoric Acid for Nematodes.
