Hi Shivam Raghuvanshi . It looks like Chilli Cercospora Leaf Spot, Chilli Thrips and library/plant-diseases/600020/flea-beetles/">Flea Beetles . Click on both green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures.

Dear Shivam Raghuvanshi It is leaf spot. Spray 3 gms of copper oxy chloride OR 3 gms Captan , in a litre of water . About 250 litres of solution may be required per acre. Repeat the spray twice at an interval of 15 days.
