Hi Mohsin Raza your chilli plant is effected by Fusarium Wilt this is a biotic effect disease for control this disease you can use aliette of bayer in flood and redomil gold by syngenta in flood however otherwise copper oxychloride is also useful to help you thanks for visit plantix
