How to get growth of this and what would be medicine?
This is chilly plant. It is alive but not growing. Also have white spots on back of leaf.

Hi Vaibhav Janjirkar . Your chilli plant is severely effected by Chilli Thrips and Spider Mites . Let's click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures. I am suspecting sugary like substance on plant, so you let's check for Aphids by clicking on green link again for knowing symptoms and taking control measures. Don't do overwatering waterlogging and direct watering on plants which leads to attach of sucking pests on plant - let's avoid it. Provide optimum water depends upon soil and climatical conditions.
