Hi Pramod Kumar . Flower drop is due to many factors. Don't do overwatering which leads to waterlogging at the time of flowering leads to flower drop. Summer heat stress also effects - go for mulching with decomposed materials around plant base. Take up Planofix spray to avoid flower drop. As per your explanation your plant is also effected byChilli Thrips and might be similar symptoms of Brinjal Shoot and Fruit Borer . Let's click on green link for knowing symptoms and taking control measures.

Dear Pramod Kumar , The crop looks to be quite healthy. Dropping of one or two flowers should not worry you much. If the flower drop increases , give a fungicide spray , as it may be due to fungal infection
