I have a chili pepper plant that has developed these markings on ita leaves and it seems something is eating the leaves too. The stalk has small black spots on it. Any idea what it could be?

Following are few reason. Please check described symptoms accordingly and carryout control measures. 1. If wilted plant turns yellow then it is Fusarium Wilt 2. If wilted plant stay green even after complete wilting then it is Bacterial Wilt 3. If cottony fungus appears on crown region of plant then it is due to Sclerotinia Stem Rot .
