Kamran Mirza It seems the attack of Powdery Mildew . Under its attack a white fluffly substance produced at brances and leaves of plants . Its may resemble the attack of mealy bug or citrus snow scale.

Kamran Mirza in case of small level you can do the application of Neem oil to kill this fungas additionally ,Keep the moisture level low .
