Neem oil is a fungicide as well as insecticide. You can use neem oil to prevent or even kill fungus and chili thrips on your plants. Use neem oil for powdery mildew .You can also use extract of neem plant seeds & leaves . Boil 500 grams leaves of neem in 2L of water and use this water for foliar application .

Apply Acetamiprid +abamectin
