Leafs are showing some sort of deciese. I tried neem and garlic mixture diluted in water and sprayed. But I don't know how to cure this.

Hi Jwalantjoshi07 . It looks like Chilli Thrips and Powdery Mildew of Pepper . Click on green link for knowing symptoms and taking control measures. It seems you are doing - overwatering, waterlogging and direct watering on plant - Avoid it. Make a hole below the pot to drain out excessive water from the pot. Thanks for visiting.

Thank you Suresh Gollar for the prompt response This has started recently up till now there was no issue. And as you said I have made water holes for excess water to drain out. I want these plants will survive. Kindly suggest measures. I even use vermicompost and organic materials only for the plant.
