Capsicum & Chilli
Am seeing that the leaves of my chilly plants are curling up. Any idea what thus might be ?

Leaves are in light yellow colour and no growth in plant
Only few flowers are found
+ 1One month back we had a such foliar that we got great yield and all of a sudden i.e.within span of one month plants are infected with multiple diseases ,give me some suggestions regarding treatment and control of diseases and also about watering ,broad mite ,thrips ,curl virus and powdery mildew ,is it hard to control or is trimming of plants better to control ?pls pass on some knowledge that u have gained ,

Use of neem oil and a natural pesticide seems to be helping the plant.. thanks for the input here.
