Capsicum & Chilli
The basil is presenting very small brown spots on leaves, like rust. All younger leaves are dying. I already applied sulfur, but didn't work.

Why the leaves of chilly plant becoming Brown?
+ 3Over all the plant seems happy lots of flowering and lots of fruiting but there are these dark spots on alot of the plant including the stems of the peppers and flowers new growth is absent of the dark spots was thinking mayb insecticide burn?
6 days back i drenched hydrospeed ..and two days back drenched mgso4 ,fe,sulphur ....but today i have seen some of the tip of the plants having desease like shown in photo

I've used coffee grounds, eggshell and banana peel as fetilizer, but as all decomposition for absorption may take much time, I'll opt for a industrial fertilizer NPK 10-10-10.
