i am agree with sali sir this is chilli leaf curl virus which is spread by envoironment and mostly insect like aphids, whitefly, jassid, leaf hooper there is no control of virus but however from initial stage you have to spray of insect like imidachloprid, acetamiprid nitenpyram, dimethoate, deltamethrine, propinophos etc thanks for using and sharing in plantix
