Hi, Masuoud This shows Anthracnose of Pepper ,As fruit shows rounded brown spot both on & in side fruit. For more details u see plantix library . Thanks to give more images for diagnosis.

Mr. Sali what do you think about spraying COC+Streptocycline with a soil drenching of Bacillus spp. or T.Viridie or P . Fluoresence or all three biologicals simultaneously after multiplication by proper culturing.Please encorrect if I'm wrong.

Bacterial spot ,, try not to touch ur plant .. also stop any kind of foliar sprays ,, keep the leaves dry tos top it spreading ,, water plant from soil ,,, dont let the plant wet to avoid issue

I have faced similar problem, it was viral. one of Tobamo viruses, which can affect pepper and the symptoms appear on the fruits only or before the vegetation.
