My pepper plant leaves are wilting like this. Could anyone please advise me?

The pepper plant was quite fine and healthy but after a week's rain, it is dying perhaps. There is no apparent attacks of insects. The neighbouring pepper plant in the same grow bag is quite healthy. I am perplexed. Please help.
