Small insects infected all the fruits nd leaves of my peach plant. Fruits suddenly stopped their growth.

Hi Tufail Khan as per your images it seems due to fungal infestation much close to Peach Leaf Curl Quick Soultion Remove the heavily infested leaves and buried them into soil away from this field. Go for the application of Bordeaux mixture to stop its further infestation.
