The fruit and young leafs are shedding To keep it safe what can I do ?

Peach tree leaves are shrinken and fruit is also shrinked on one side what is the problem and its treatment
Pest on some leaves but the rest of tree is good although the fruit growth has been stunt and stopped for a while, not sure if they are related. Can I use chemical pesticides on it while it is bearing fruits? Does this affect the fruit keeping in mind the fruits are still small and will need some time more on the tree, I think.
