Papaya
I have ring spot virus affected farn with 4500 plants, I have recently spray - neem oil + micro netrient. Can you please suggest totaa cure ?? Have look image's attached

Upper leaves fine. Fruit is fine. Just lower leaves with dark "film", like dirt, on their upper surfaces.
Froots are too shot, and after some days its fall down Leafs were discolour and short
