Hi Ajay . Your papaya plants are severely effected by Herbicide Growth Damage . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. In suspected herbicide cases, throughly wash and rinse crop with clean water 2 to 3 times to remover your crop again. Try your level best to save your crop immediately.
