Hi Francisco Vanegas . I think it's showing initial symptoms of Potassium Deficiency . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Also check any pest presence on backside of leaves like Whiteflies . Because its showing symptoms like Papaya Leaf Curl Virus .
