Hi Bk . As per your sent image - your papaya crop is severely effected by Ring Spot Virus . This disease transmits through vectors like Aphids . Lets control vectors to control this disease. Hi Bk . I think your papaya is severely effected and intensity of disease at higher side. If it's at higher side go for chemical spray (if intensity is lesser side, disease is at initial stage - then white oil is better). I think you got my point. Choose your preference.
