Papaya
Upper surface of leaf has like yellow dots but lower surface has black spots .... Please recommend management practices

Im noticing rhis today and for last few days temperature is soaring very high at my place. Do i need to change my watering schedule , currently im giving water deeply every 3 days.
Out of 3200 papaya plants 5-6 plants are showing yellowing like this ... what may be the reason for this problem and please recommend management practices.
+ 2The papaya fruit is developing dark brown spots on it once after ripening...pls suggest remedy
