What is the problem with this PAPAYA tree? Its leaves have developed deformities and the leaf color has also changed.

I kindly urge your help to protect my papaya firm from the disease. Sir/madam, what should I apply to prevent from the damaged ? It's because of continuous and heavy rainfall in Assam. Kindly suggest any curative measures, because entire firm is in danger.
The entire leaves are yellowing from the bottom of plants towards top part.
