Hi mahesh sharma ! In my opinion it looks like a nutritional deficiency. Leaf and soil analysis can give you a great indication of what a particular plant needs, therefore, you will be able to obtain a more accurate fertilizer program.

Check root and lower stem it could be root or stem pytothora. Due to excess water or fungus. Apply 1gms / liter metalaxyl 35% drench root and stem
