its a virus attack, there is no treatment for virus ,so cut the leaf and throu away....

I think it is viral disease or it could be mites (sucking pest) present behind the leaves, sucking from the leaves and making the leaves curl. If you don't find green/white/black colored insects on any side of the leaves then it is virus attack. So you should pluck such trees out and you should either burn or bury them far from your field.
