Halo Plantix community. What could be the problem with these onion leaves. I am suspecting a fungal disease.

I have onions and their leaf tips are turning yellow-orange and drying. It's on a 15ha plot under pivot irrigation, two days ago I noticed the colour change and yesterday I started to notice the tips were going dry.
