Hi Darshan Patil . It looks like Onion Yellow Dwarf . This disease can be transmitted through vectors like Aphids . Let's control vectors. If you control vectors, disease automatically control's. it looks like blight , take up chlorothalonil 1gm per litre + imidacloprid 0.3ml/litre of water & also take up guide in plastic library
