Hi Laxminarsimmha . Please compare initial stage symptoms of Potassium Deficiency and Hairy Caterpillars too by clicking on green links for taking control measures from Plantix library. Apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost once in 6 months along with recommended dosage of fertilizers. Or you can also use fertilizer calculater available here on home page of Plantix to increase your plant growth.

Laxminarsimmha The health is quite okay. But you need to care about raised heap around the base. Then try to graft this plant or detop to initiate multiple branches for a bushy canopy.
