Hi Aswith . Sent fruit image is too distant one. Though on zooming, I think it's as Thrips or Mango Scab . Lets check symptoms by clicking on green links for taking control measures from Plantix library. If any other problem send some more clear and closer day time pictures with your proper query again please.
