Hi Mohammed Shabaz. It looks like Tobacco Caterpillar effect. Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Also need to apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost or any compost and mix well with soil without disturbing roots to get good growth. Care: Don't do overwatering and direct watering on plant. Even don't allow soil to become water logged. Open trenches to drain out excessive water from the field. Try well and take care of your plants please.
