From Long Time I have Not seen any Type of new leaves its very slow and when new leaves started growing they have been stoped why??

It's about 1 months i am sawing this disease
The new leaves growning after the tree was painted are curled inwards.
In Blueberry(Nerale in Kannada) whitening of leaves is this fungal infection or something else pls suggest medication...

Hi Sajeel. It looks like and initial stage of Anthracnose of Papaya and Mango . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Also need to apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost once in 6 months to get good growth of your plant please.
