Mango
One of the stems of my mango plant has leaves which are going brown. All the leaves in that particular stem alone is going through this . Is this a sign of stress or pests ?

This is a two year old malgova (so called by nursery) graft mango tree. New leaves are dried by the attack of some disease.
New leafs have red dots on leafs. Please telle what I can do for this.
