Thankyou sir Suresh Gollar but it doesn't seem like that its all natural and the whole plant is covered by spider web and barks have some cracks

Thankyou Sir, It seems very much similar. Could we apply insecticides at flowering stage (which going on) If yes then it it should be applied??
