Hi Jitender Kumar. It seems to be like Powdery Mildew of Mango . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Use fertilizer calculater available here on home page of Plantix to increase your crop productivity. Apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost once in 6 months to get good growth of your plant. Try well.
