Small brown eggs like on the leaves and the leaves are curled in like a cocoon like shown in the picture. Why is it like that ?

Please identify and suggest remedy dosage. Internal insect look like fruit fly larva. Same like larva in guava.

Smruthi You're right it’s not any disease or pest in mango leaves, the cocoon could have been built by other insects for pupation. Black dots are likely to be Bacterial Black Spot of Mango and you can compare by clicking on green link.
