My mango tree is not growing faster and leaf colour is changing and small leaf come out

Leaf Variegation it will take some time to develop chloroplast natural green colour.

Hi Hariom . No major problems noticed. The 1st emerging leaf color is initially red in color in Mango in some varieties. It's not a disease.
