The leaves of the mango tree started turning pale yellow in colour and with visible cluster of red spots clearly indicating ill health of the plant .please suggest any preventive measures for the same . thank you.

I am seeing this colony of some insect eggs or bug itself I don't know. I would like to know more as to what my kesar mango plant is suffering from and how to cure it. I have used thiamy... something spray on leaves but still it is not going.
