No growth on grafted mango plant

Bought grafted mango plant 2 months back. It has 7-8 tiny mangoes and 10-12 old mature leaves. Removed the all but 1 mango. Remaining mango too removed when it's reached 1 inch size. Though there was growth in mango fruit, there is no new branch or new leaves. Given seaweed fertilizer, organic Micronutrients and vermicompost but still no growth. If we cut its stem, will it show new growth?
