Hi Jam Munawar Shahzad .This is nutrient deficiency Phosphorus Deficiency .For correction measures ,Soil application of Single super phosphate or Foliar application of Ortho phosphoric acid 0.5 % 3 times.More information about nutrient deficiency click above green link.
