This is the attack Mealybug(Sucking pest). It is very damaging and notorious pest . Do the foliar application of Profenophos 1.5 ml/l + soap solution .

Profenophos- is it available in local market? I mean is it available as pesticide? And which type soap is required for this??

yes, this is also due to this pest . It sucks the cell sap ,which weaken the plant tissues . Also there will be the chances of fungal attack where mealy bug is suck the cell sap.
