I think its not gumosis rather its Bacterial Canker of Mango . check for lesions on leaves to confirm. In gumosis sap or gum oozes from damaged and cracked parts of tree trunk. Also color of gum is dark red or orange. But in case of canker sap oozes which is white in colour.
