Mango
leaves are stems are affected. Some people are saying this is Sooty Mold and Anthracnose. I am confused. Please help me how to cure this disease. Thanks in advance.

Newly grown red and light green leaves has dark spots ,leaves doesn't grow to its full size . And leaves fall from plant asa a result..
+ 1Mango leaves are ok in some trees and in some mango tress leaves are shaded with black color
