That to me seems like a problem of Red rust of mango caused by Alge Cephaleuros virescens (Kunze). fir its organic management u can spray bordex mixture to it

This is Sooty Mold on your mango. In initial stage it is green and it finally becomes rusty.you can spray neem oil but if it doesn't work spray m45.Thanks for visiting plantix.

I agree with joshi that it seems to be Sooty Mold . Spray neemarin or imidacloprid or fipronil to ward off pests

Hello, Vipul, Karthika and Mahadev thanks for your best efforts because Sooty Mold is right but this pathogen also grows on Bacterial Black Spot of Mango. So, spraying bordaux mixture is quite right, if not available in pesticide store, copper oxy-chloride is a best substitute against the pathogen. Thank you for your interests in Plantix Community!
