Hi Nagulavancha Shekar Rao . Remove weeds from the field to get good growth of your crop. As per your sent image, this crop is showing Potassium Deficiency symptoms. Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Regarding harvest: Check your snow variety. Accordingly you calculate number of days and go for harvesting.
