Hi Idrees Malik as per your images it seems your plant are suffering from nutrational deficiency. Purple color is due to Phosphorus Deficiency . Also these is Sulfur Deficiency

I added two bags of DAP at sowing stage. Still there is a deficiency of Phosphorus?

Idrees Malik always use fertilizers according to your soil test report. Sometimes due to excessive watering (rain) It can be leach down.
